A HELPING HAND HR was created in 2008 by Virginia Beach native, Courtney Davis. Courtney’s sole intention for creating her business, A Helping Hand, was to provide help, relief, and assistance to busy families of Hampton Roads. She knew what core qualities her staff needed to embrace to ensure the families of Hampton roads were provided with the elite service they deserved. Courtney focuses on dependability, trustworthiness, attentiveness to detail, a willingness to provide impeccable service, and a go getting attitude, when hiring Helpers to join her Helping Hand team! Courtney has formed a team of individuals who share her commitment and enthusiasm for helping others live their best lives!
