the manager of Norfolk’s
Ocean View
Fishing Pier, a popular restaurant with locals and tourists.
Courtney realized that
the same qualities she required in the people she
hired to work at the restaurant—dependability, trustworthiness,
attentiveness to detail, a willingness to provide impeccable service,
and a
go-getting
attitude were the same qualities people would require when hiring
someone to help
tackle their To Do lists in Hampton Roads, VA. She formed a team of individuals
who shared her commitment and enthusiasm for helping others live
their best lives, and A Helping Hand HR was born.
